At 20, I had everything I thought I wanted—a dream job, money, travel, and an Instagram-perfect life. But inside, I was drowning.

I kept telling myself, just hit the next level and everything will fall into place. But it never did. Instead, I felt even more trapped—like I had spent years building a life that didn’t even feel like mine.

The Slow Burn of Realization

Every day, the same thought haunted me: Is this it?


I had followed the path, done everything “right,” yet I woke up anxious, lost, and dreading the day ahead. I was stuck—not because I wasn’t trying, but because I had no idea what I was even chasing.

I searched for answers—self-help books, courses, habits. Each one promised change, but none of them lasted. I’d get a short burst of motivation, then crash right back into the same cycles.

Months passed. Then a year. And nothing changed.

The Breaking Point

I was mentally exhausted. I couldn’t sleep. My mind never stopped racing. No matter what I did, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was wasting my time—watching my life slip by while I stayed stuck in the same place.

One night, staring at the ceiling, I cracked.

I Had Two Choices… Stay Stuck or Build A System Myself

I realized no one was coming to save me.
